Styling Librarian Hong Kong Update Y3Wk22 Catching up

So, I’m prewriting these posts, obviously, shared about Thanksgiving in December last week! And I thought I’d show a few glimpses of Hong Kong’s celebrations of Christmas. This is a small amount of the extravagant displays around Hong Kong. These displays started going up November 1st. It is a fun thing to sit back and observe, even though I personally don’t celebrate Christmas, I’m happy for others who do. I remember years ago there was such negative reactions in some places in the US to Christmas displays, I’ve really changed my perspective about this to be honest. I’m happy for others, just as I am about having a balanced library collection with different religious perspectives, I’m happy to see others enjoying their celebrations.

I also have been watching this orchid rebloom after receiving it as a gift in the Spring. So excited to see it rebloom one flower at a time. Shall continue to take pictures of them.
