In my opinion, books are the best accessory.
Here’s my Whatever Wednesday Randomness:
I attended a lecture recently that included sharing the following movie about Automatic Thoughts and how to help yourself work towards keeping healthy thoughts a practice vs. negative thoughts.
This video was interesting. Sometimes there’s something squeezed in that makes the video not appropriate for primary school, but I see most of the videos from this watchwellcast channel useful for middle/high school students…
I also appreciated this video, there are 100 wellness exercises in 100 days to watch.
Gratitude project: personally, I keep a journal and write at least 10 things I’m thankful for every morning… helpful practice to be in, keeps me happy, balanced, and reflective.
Hope everyone has a wonderful day!
Thank you again to “Eat the Book” for the Whatever Wednesday meme: http://mretome.wordpress.com David Etkin’s words: “Whatever Wednesday — a chance to post something I’ve seen that I’m diggin’. A cool quote or poster, a picture, student work, a video—you know, Whatever. Enjoy!… and consider posting your own Whatever.”
